TIER ONE: Pre-Collections Our full service contingency campaign includes comprehensive psychologically worded letters to elicit a response from the debtor. For a one time fee per letter, your debtor will contact you directly. This allows you to retain 100% of the collection.

TIER TWO: Pre-Legal Collections Telephone collection is the most effective way to collect on a debt so we make every attempt to contact your debtor verbally. If a debtor fails to pay, the delinquency will be added to the debtor’s credit file. The debtor’s ability to obtain future credit may be suspended until the debt has been paid or resolved.

TIER THREE: Legal Collections Litigation or legal action is recommended only when we determine the debtor has the ability to pay, but refuses. We will forward suit authorization documents for your review and seek your approval prior to initiating any litigation.
